Dear Sir Thanks for your response. Please find below our proposal for supplying gold bars: 1. We are ready, willing and able to start immediately with trial shipments of gold bars to your refinery. However, you or a representative must fly down whilst we make the trial shipment. These trial shipments will be done at our own expense without any dime or commitment from the buyer. The aim is to disabuse your minds of any hanky panky games and to build trust for a long term relationship. Formerly, we did the flying to the buyer's location with the gold but we realized they were taking us for granted and were not serious because there was no commitment. Before we fly to any buyer's location we will need a firm commitment. 2. The discount structure I have submitted below is our pricing.We must all have a point of reference with regards to price.This is the objective of the discount structure: 1kg to 10kg = 2.5% discount from LBMA 10kgs to 20kg = 3.5% 20kgs to 50kg = 5.0% 50kgs and above = 10.0% 3. After the trial shipments, we will expect the buyer to pre-finance the regular and revolving shipments. A payment guarantee, LC, SBLC, etc is not suitable. We have over 40 buying centers where we buy the raw dust on a cash and carry basis, smelt at our own costs before shipping at our own costs apart from what we produce from our mines. We cannot therefore use a payment guarantee to buy the gold from the small scale miners on a regular basis before we export to you. Gold is produced every day and there is high competition. We need the funds to block any quantity that is mined, buy, melt into bars and ship to you.This is the only way we can supply you regularly and meet our contractual obligations to you. If you can fund us, we can ship you more gold on a revolving and regular basis. We can start with 50kg every two weeks to your refinery and then increase as we go along.This is why we are asking for buyer to fly down for us to discuss and finalize the terms of this pre-financing in details. We have the record of past and present gold shipments. We are licensed by the government of Ghana to export gold legally. 4. Sales and purchase contract we will sign with your buyer after the trial shipments.
