I will like to acknowledge the receipt of your email by my chambers and also thank you for your kind intentions to assist in having the funds of my late client transferred out of the dormant account before the confiscation deadline imposed by the British Treasury. I know that you must be very perplexed by the nature of my first email to you but I had no other option as I received an email from the Bank in possession of the funds some days ago stating that if no Beneficiary is provided for the funds, they will commence the confiscation process.

The funds in the Transit Account amounts to Seven Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pounds Sterling (£7,500,000 GBP) which is equivalent to $13,332,789 USD and was deposited by my late client, Mr. Williams Cole in 2004 before his demise. As of now, no beneficiary of the funds has been named which led to the transit account being flagged as dormant by the British Treasury.

My Late Client, Mr. Williams Cole was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and was a very successful businessman and Aeronautic Engineer. He died of Esophageal Cancer in July, 2004 and his only known surviving relative passed on Last year in a car crash in Scotland. Until his demise, He was a dedicated Catholic Christian and a Knight as well who loved to be involved in charitable projects. I was contacted by Lloyds TSB Bank three days ago that the funds have been dormant for too long and were to be confiscated by the British Treasury. I was then Instructed to provide a credible Beneficiary so that the funds will be released to the Beneficiary and not confiscated. Also, according to the wishes of my Late Client Mr. Williams Cole before his demise, 50% of the funds should go to a reputable charity organization, while the rest 45% should be for the beneficiary of the funds which is YOU if interested.

I got your email online while searching for humble and honest personalities and I must state that I am very happy that I have found someone to help with the transfer of the funds. I will like you to give your opinion on the matter and sure hope that I receive an email from you as soon as possible so that we can Immediately commence the process of obtaining these funds from the Bank before the confiscation deadline imposed by the British Treasury.

I will like to assure you that this Transaction is 100% Legal and hitch-free. Please note that all I require from you is your understanding and full co-operation to see this transaction to the end which is until the funds have been successfully transferred into your personal account in your country. If you cannot follow every instruction given to you by the Bank or my office, then let me know so that I can look for someone else. This transaction is very important because the British Treasury is really very serious about confiscating these funds and we have to act according to the banking regulations of the British Government.

I await your swift response.
