write you this Letter concerning your CONTRACT/COMPENSATION PAYMENT that
has been delayed for years which belongs to you and you’re (Father). I the
Present administration of President Goodluck Jonathan have approved your
PAYMENT and it’s ready for transfer. Why am doing all this is because,
(Obama, American President & Mr. Jeffrey Sack) prophesied to me that if I
want to win presidential election in my country, that I should release
payment to all the Foreign Contractor’s that has been crying for there
payment. I don’t have any option than to follow their word. Now I have won

your payment due to the support which I received from the whole world
during the election.

Further more, I have approve US$28 Billion to settle all the foreign dept
and I hereby inform you that I will take this issue personal to make sure
that your payment is transferred into your nominated Bank Account .I have
called EcoBank Managing Director to explain this development to him and he
stated to me that it will take you only 48 banking hours for you to
receive your fund. I want you to bear in mind that it is only EcoBank

your nominated bank Account as we agreed.
