After a court appearance on Tuesday, the judge informs Lindsay she will be going to jail and doing some community service at the morgue! Yep- Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail and this judge isn't messing around. Linds showed up for yet another hearing on Tuesday, wearing a court-approporiate black and white polka dot dress and a low, messy bun. Her signature pout was in full effect. Linds pleaded guilty to a probation violation and was sentenced to 300 days in jail...but after you factor in things like community service, jail overcrowding and time served, the actress is likely to only serve just 6 days behind bars! And get this- when it comes to more community service- no one wants her but the morgue. Wow. Oh- and BTW- Linds is also on a community service tweeting ban.
