First, let me start by introducing myself as Miss. Mendi Themba Msimang a daughters of Dr. Mantombaza Ednie (Manto) Tshabalala-Msimang,
She was born in Durban, Tshabalala-Msimang graduated from Fort Hare University in 1961. As one of a number of young African National Congress cadres sent into exile for education, she received medical training at the First Leningrad Medical Institute in the Soviet Union from 1962 to 1969. She then trained as a registrar in obstetrics and gynecology in Tanzania, finishing there in 1972. In 1980 she received a master's in public health from the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
My mother Dr.Mantombaza Ednie (Manto) Tshabalala-Msimang she was born, 9 October 1940-16 December 2009) was a South African politician. She was Deputy Minister of Justice from 1996 to 1999 and controversially served as Minister of Health from 1999 to 2008 under President Thabo Mbeki. She also served as Minister in the Presidency under President Kgalema Motlanthe from September 2008 to May. She died on 16 December 2009 due to liver transplant complications. She was a loyal member of the ANC for about 50 years. She was in exile for 30 years - in Union of Soviet Socialist Republic and then Tanzania and Botswana. She also conducted research on health issues under the ANC communities in exile.
After her death, I discovered that she had some funds in a dollar account which amounted to the sum of US$30.5M (Thirty million Five hundred thousand united state dollars) with security and finance institution in South Africa of which I will divulge information to you when I get your full consent and support to go for a change of beneficiary and subsequent transfer of the funds into you a comfortable and conducive account of your choice.
